Return/exchange/refund

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers who shop at Rantra are entitled to a seven-day waiting period for the goods to arrive. However, the returned goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged (maintaining the integrity of the goods, accessories, packaging, manufacturer's cartons and all accompanying documents or information), otherwise unsubscription will not be accepted.

Return and exchange process

  1. Exchange: When exchanging goods, our company will mainly use the order shipping address. If you modify the receiving information, address, etc., the freight will be different. Please understand that you must bear the additional costs yourself.
  2. Returns: After receiving the returned/exchanged goods and confirming that there is no defective condition, the account details of the order will be verified to be correct. You will receive a refund notification and credit in approximately 14-21 days. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will directly contact your card-issuing bank for refund.

The original outer box/bag of the product is part of the product. If it is lost, damaged or missing when returned, your return rights will be affected, and the necessary fees to restore it to its original condition will be deducted from your refund based on the degree of damage.
